Roles
Open now. These roles are remote and CONUS-based, require U.S. citizenship and a Tier 4 / High Risk background investigation.
Program Manager
Own contract execution, governance and customer liaison for a federal enterprise load balancing modernization. PMP or equivalent preferred.
Enterprise Architect
Set the target architecture and design authority, including Zero Trust integration. OEM-certified NetScaler background.
NetScaler Engineer
Build and maintain platform configuration across load balancing, global server load balancing and WAF policy.
Automation Engineer
Automate with REST APIs, Python and Infrastructure as Code, from health monitoring to cutover support.
Citrix Migration Engineer (2 roles)
Execute site cutovers and migration waves. Primarily remote, with travel to sites for cutover events.
Security Architect
STIG hardening, identity and access integration, ATO documentation and post-quantum cryptography readiness.
Sustainment Engineer (4 roles)
Tier 2/3 operations, incident response and O&M for the production platform. Business hours plus on-call.
Technical Training & Documentation Lead
Write the runbooks and program documentation, and deliver virtual instructor-led training to government teams. 100% remote.

Enterprise Datacenter Engineer
Design and troubleshoot large multi-site datacenter networks: Nexus fabrics, Palo Alto, F5, VXLAN, IPv6 and automation.
Datacenter Server Engineer
Cisco UCS, Intersight and Fibre Channel across the enterprise, with scripting, automation and ticket-team oversight.
Routing & Switching Engineer
Engineer enterprise LAN/WAN routing and switching at scale, with automation and modern DevOps methods.
Wireless Engineer
Cisco and Juniper enterprise wireless design, deployment and troubleshooting.
Security Firewall Engineer
Palo Alto and Cisco Secure Firewall engineering, Zero Trust and Comply to Connect.
Security RADIUS Engineer
Enterprise RADIUS and 802.1X engineering, certificate-based authentication, MAB and device profiling.
Voice Engineer
Cisco Unified Communications voice, telecom and contact center, with Microsoft Teams integration.
Video Engineer
Cisco collaboration video, Webex APIs and SDKs, and Microsoft Teams integration.
Contact Center Engineer
Design and sustain enterprise Cisco contact center systems, including conversational AI integration.
Cisco High Touch Operations Manager
Champion technical support needs, correlate open cases and line up the right resources to resolve them.
